- Penguin originally ran on a Compaq Deskpro 4000 with a 133 GHz Pentium processor and 80 megabytes of RAM. It was a little slow, but it was a satisfactory little server. On 10 January 2003, the penguin moved to a new box that we built for him. With the faster processor and increased RAM, penguin is now a most satisfactory server.
It has the following specifications:
- Processor: 1.2 GHz Celeron processor
- RAM: 768 megabytes
- Operating System: Mandrake 9
