 | Another collection from Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota, Florida. It was collected by F. Fuchs, Jr. and has no collection data. Donna Atwood, Plant Records Keeper, wrote, "...Fred traveled throughout Ecuador and Peru, so no doubt this was wild collected, but we don't have any specifics...." This plant was received as Caladium bicolor (sensu Madison), but would be classified as C. picturatum in the original sense of Caladium bicolor. |
